Welcome to the new and improved Central Florida Compensation & Benefits Association website.

To learn about upcoming meetings go to the "Events/Meetings" tab.  It is easy to create a user ID so that you can RSVP for meetings.  To RSVP, click on the Event for which you are registering and click the "Register" button at the bottom of the page. 

Check out if there are any available jobs posted on the "Job Listing" tab and take our quarterly poll on this "Home" tab.  Some tabs are still under construction.  Later you will be able to register for certification courses on line, but in the mean time, please send an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it   if would want to register for a locally sponsored certification course.

The CFCBA was created in 1990 in order to provide a means of furthering educational development for compensation and benefits professionals and to encourage the exchange of information and experience in the compensation and benefits field.

Central Florida Compensation & Benefits Association networks with WorldatWork, a national compensation organization dedicated to excellence in the field of total compensation related organizations.
